Director of Laboratory
Oversees and directs all laboratory functions for the organization, including the Reference Lab. Ensures organizational compliance with all legal requirements and government regulations that affect the laboratory (OSHA, CLIA, FDA, Medicare, and State.) The Heart and Vascular Imaging department is made up of four sections and they include:  Diagnostic & Interventional Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, Peripheral Vascular and Outpatient Prep & Hold.  We provide the full spectrum of standard & state-of the-art procedures in each section (percutaneous AAA, Impella, PFO closure, valvuloplasty, A Fib. ablation, etc.).  The Heart & Vascular Imaging area provides an average of 8100 exams annually.  The department currently consists of 3 Cath Suites, 1 EP Lab and 3 Vascular Imaging Suites (1 of these is set up as a Hybrid OR).

• Graduate of an accredited program in healthcare (i.e. Nursing, Radiology, CVT, ETC.) or the equivalent in a combination of education and experience.  A Bachelors degree or higher is prefered
• A nursing degree is beneficial.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in which progressive administrative and leadership abilities have been demonstrated.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience is preferred.
• Direct management experience in Cath Lab/Special Procedures is preferred, we will also consider candidates with a Critical Care background.
• Current licensure/certification is required (i.e. Nursing, Radiology, CVT, etc.).

Description

Responsible ensuring achievement of net revenue and profit (EBITDA) objectives for assigned territory for both Infusion and for RT/HME services . Provides service and sales support to targeted accounts by coordinating services, evaluating current business relationships and developing, presenting, managing and executing new business opportunities for these key accounts.
1. Exercises total net revenue and profit (EBITA) objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, clinics, nursing homes, and home health agencies.
2. Acts as a primary liaison between the account and the branch and demonstrates the highest level of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.
3. Acts as primary clinical liaison for accounts as needed to facilitate obtaining patient information, for potential teaching, for assisting transitioning patients from hospital to home.
4. Performs all phases of sales activities for assigned territory, including analysis of client needs and sales opportunities, presentations of services, pricing and negotiating as requested, and servicing of the account and follow-up as necessary.
5. Coordinates all team-selling efforts at the branch and corporate levels. Maintains a working relationship with other divisions in order to utilize whatever resources are necessary to service the account.
6. Identifies and targets new models for evaluation by Corporate management and key account members. Develops,implements and manages business opportunity contractual agreements.
7. Acts as a change agent to foster favorable core therapy admits growth month over month and year over year.
8. Participates in all scheduled sales conference calls, sales meetings and monthly branch meetings.
9. Responsible for creating sales strategic plan for both lines of business.  Responsible for plan, for presenting plan, for working plan and updating sales plan.
10. Requires driving on a regular basis.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
12. Serves as Process Owner as assigned.
Qualifications

Knowledge equivalent to that which would normally be acquired by completing a four-year college degree in Nursing or strong medical background field.   Marketing business background also strongly preferred.  Three to five years of measured sales and clinical success. Measurable and progressive expansive sales experience (preferably in the healthcare industry) .

MDS Coordinator

We will consider candidates that have documented experience in MDS and we prefer RN but will reveiw LPN
Summary:  Responsible for the timely scheduling, completion, and transmission of MDS.
Qualifications:
Education: 
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, RN preferred.
Licenses/Certification: 
- Valid nursing license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
Experience:
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Monitors and guides the completion of PPS and OBRA assessments and RAPS.
- UR Coordinator
- Oversees gathering of information for assessments and care plans.
- MAR’s treatment, flow sheets, physician orders
- Assesses prospective residents in conjunction with other team members.
- Data warehouse reports and QI reports
- Schedules and facilitates care plan conferences.
- Participates on committees
- Inputs or supervises the input of MDS assessments into the RCS, the transmission to the state, and obtains receipt of validation.
- Manages Care Planning Process
- Performs the functions of a nurse when required.
- Performs other tasks as assigned. On-call

Director, Managed Care Economics/Jobs
