Director of Laboratory
Oversees and directs all laboratory functions for the organization, including the Reference Lab. Ensures organizational compliance with all legal requirements and government regulations that affect the laboratory (OSHA, CLIA, FDA, Medicare, and State.) Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization supported.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Responsible for oversight of the following laboratory units: microbiology, immunology/serology, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, molecular testing, and chemistry.
• Plans and directs strategic objectives for reference laboratory and laboratory system.
• Identifies legal requirements and government regulations affecting the laboratory and company (OSHA, CLIA, FDA, Medicare, and State). Monitors the exposure of the company and advises the Executive Management Team and/or Medical Laboratory Director.
• Oversees Reference Laboratory personnel, technical operations, and laboratory operations. Assigns and distributes responsibilities in consultation with the COO of Clinic Operations and/or Medical Laboratory Director.
• Confers with Center Managers, and/or Medical Laboratory Director, and/or Executive Management Team for direction in laboratory system projects and objectives.
• Responsible for process improvement.

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for Hospital and surrounding clinics, office buildings, and other properties owned or leased. The Vice President is also responsible for administration and control of activities related to identified support services departments, associated contracted services, shared services, project and construction administration for all properties, and integrating new program development with facility development. Our preference would be to have a clinician that wants to do sales. Someone with Home Infusion experience is key because that is usually the most complicated to learn. If they have Respiratory Therapy experience that is also a plus, but I think the Home Infusion is most important. The will be responsible for looking at existing customer and doing cold calling, we want to have 100% of WI covered. Penetration keep sales. Logging all calls, keeping dynamics, scheduling, creating programs, could be with transitioning patients in the hospital room to get them out the door. Frequent updates on the plan, sales force.com, CPR plus – all the way from call comes into branch until closing an account. Everything is documented.

Description

Responsible ensuring achievement of net revenue and profit (EBITDA) objectives for assigned territory for both Infusion and for RT/HME services . Provides service and sales support to targeted accounts by coordinating services, evaluating current business relationships and developing, presenting, managing and executing new business opportunities for these key accounts.
1. Exercises total net revenue and profit (EBITA) objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, clinics, nursing homes, and home health agencies.
2. Acts as a primary liaison between the account and the branch and demonstrates the highest level of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.
3. Acts as primary clinical liaison for accounts as needed to facilitate obtaining patient information, for potential teaching, for assisting transitioning patients from hospital to home.
4. Performs all phases of sales activities for assigned territory, including analysis of client needs and sales opportunities, presentations of services, pricing and negotiating as requested, and servicing of the account and follow-up as necessary.
5. Coordinates all team-selling efforts at the branch and corporate levels. Maintains a working relationship with other divisions in order to utilize whatever resources are necessary to service the account.
6. Identifies and targets new models for evaluation by Corporate management and key account members. Develops,implements and manages business opportunity contractual agreements.
7. Acts as a change agent to foster favorable core therapy admits growth month over month and year over year.
8. Participates in all scheduled sales conference calls, sales meetings and monthly branch meetings.
9. Responsible for creating sales strategic plan for both lines of business.  Responsible for plan, for presenting plan, for working plan and updating sales plan.
10. Requires driving on a regular basis.
11. Performs other duties as assigned.
12. Serves as Process Owner as assigned.
Qualifications

Knowledge equivalent to that which would normally be acquired by completing a four-year college degree in Nursing or strong medical background field.   Marketing business background also strongly preferred.  Three to five years of measured sales and clinical success. Measurable and progressive expansive sales experience (preferably in the healthcare industry) .

In charge of scheduling, patient care, etc. We want someone who can also work with marketing to help us grow the program.
