Must have 5-7 years of Emergency Room Management Experience. Must be a  strong Leader with excellent communication skills. Be able to make Sound Judgement, organize and have the initiative to execute independent action and begin working without supervision.

Position Description:  Administers, plans, and directs activities necessary to provide quality healthcare for adult, geriatric patients and on a limited basis pediatric and adolescents patients in the home. Participates in development and control of the financial plan of the department. Manages personnel and schedules of department. Represents department at various meetings. Cooridinates daily activities of department to ensure a smooth flowing operation. Understands and participates on directing the clinical documentation requirements and how this relates to abstracting, coding and billing.

Responsible for the cleanliness and safe operation of the Division of Theatre and Dance’s scene shops, theatres and craft areas. Supervise students assigned to the Scene Shop as part of their laboratory and practicum assignments; help maintain shop space and equipment; work with instructors demonstrating scenery and property construction techniques for students; and maintain the tool and equipment inventory. Assist in theatrical scenery construction and maintain inventory, budgets, and schedules. Maintain a reasonable inventory of supplies and materials, as budgets allow, for daily shop operations. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Position Summary:
Facilitate and coordinate the hospital wide program for Risk Management.
Essential Functions:
·          Coordinates and maintains the occurrence reporting system.
·          Monitors for trends that may be potential risk issues.
