I. Position Summary:

The System Operations Coordinator assists the Development Services Manager in meeting the information and technological requirements of INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center Foundation, INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center Foundation and INTEGRIS Rural Health Foundation, including information/reporting retrieval, database administration, software upgrades and training. Assists the Development Services Manager with internal affairs of the Foundation, including accounting, payroll, auditing and other administrative issues.

II. Essential Functions:

The System Operations Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Uses knowledge of database structure and database query/reporting language to retrieve data and create reports. Performs report and information retrieval for month-end reporting requirements. Assists in programming ad-hoc report requests.
* Provides backup and assistance to Development Services Manager in managing the database software including administration and configuration of the software.
* Cross-trains and assists in researching and processing pledges and donations through the Foundation software system, including reconciling deposits, posting of pledges and gifts, billing of pledges and the production of acknowledgement letters.
* Assists with database software upgrades, training, and upload of information from outside sources.
* Performs web authoring using content management software to update and maintain Foundation websites.
* Assists with administrative affairs of the Foundation, including payroll, accounting and auditing matters.
* Prepares daily deposit of contributions for all foundations.

III. Accountability:

Reports to the Development Services Manager.

IV. Qualifications:

* Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of clerical work experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience must include using independent judgment.
* Requires intermediate knowledge of and experience using database reporting tools and query tools. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge software is preferred.
* Requires an intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
* Knowledge of database structures and query/reporting language is preferred.
* Advanced knowledge in operating computers, including installing software and troubleshooting hardware and software problems, is preferred.
* This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
