Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant(Outpatient):  This is a position where the Occupational Therapist Assistant would be working hand in hand with other professionals (i.e. PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs) in the care of patients in an outpatient clinic. Comprehensive Rehab specializes in pediatrics, but also sees adults (i.e. about 80% pediatrics for the OT department). We believe and practice the interdisciplinary approach so wanting to work on a team is a must. Our company is growing and has needs for Occupational Therapy Assistants in three of our clinics to meet the needs of the communities we are in.  Our staff enjoys a working schedule of 8:30-5:30 M-Th and 8:30-12:30 on Fridays, no weekends, no holidays, competitive wages, and great benefits.  Clinton, Maquoketa, and Muscatine IA are all safe, enjoy a very low cost of living, and have great public schools.  We not only care about our patients, but also our therapists.  We strive to keep productivities between 60 to 80 percent as to not burn out our therapists.  To prove this, there are wage incentives if you go over 80 percent productivity in a week.
