Director of Nursing Job Duties
• Under the direction of the Administrator, the Director of Nursing is responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and total needs of the residents
• Responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services
Requirements
• Current RN licensure in good standing in the State of Florida
• At least 2 years nurse management experience in a long-term care setting
• Passion for leading a team of nurses and coaching them to top performance
• Excellent knowledge of long-term care regulations, both state and federal
• Excellent communication skills and time management

Qualifications:  Current RN licensure.  Must be ACLS and CPR certified.  PALS preferred
