 RRT CRT
The RCP provides but not limited to basic respiratory care, emergency respiratory care, ventilator management and some cardiology procedures to inpatients and outpatients as ordered by the physician . 
Qualifications
Current license with the state of Florida as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates are required. Basic computer knowledge and skills and 1 year experience in acute care preferred.

Organizes and administers individualized professional patient care using the nursing process. Is responsible for delivering care within the frame-work of standard of care and practice objectives, policies and procedures of the Health System and nursing unit. Familiar with and delivers care in accordance with the Health System and departmental Mission, Vision, & Values. Oversees patient care provided by all supporting nursing and technical staff as well as clinical staff, as appropriate. Responsibilities patient teaching, discharge planning and documentation of all care delivered. Maintains understanding of growth & development for populations served. Works weekends and alternate shifts. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE; CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Licensed as RN in Florida

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications are a Current Florida Registered Nurse License. A minimum of 5 years recent acute hospital experience which includes experience in a role with leadership/supervisory responsibility, and experience in quality assessment, performance improvement, or continuous quality improvement. Experience in use of Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint applications with proven ability to work within and generate statistical reports. Presentation skills. Ability to read, write, hear, and verbally communicate in English to the degree required by the job. Must possess excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of personalities and departments, including medical staff members. Possess a valid Florida driver’s license.    Ability to function independently with minimal management required. Willingness to dress and act in a professional manner at all times. Current status as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred. Bachelors degree in nursing or related field preferred.
