The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Patient Care Director in ensuring the optimal delivery of care and service to patients and families in their designated areas. Responsibilities include interviewing and selecting, staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and clinical support to staff.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
BSN degree preferred
Current RN license required
Minimum two (2) years acute care nursing experience
Charge nurse or Leadership experience required, previous management experience preferred.

Evaluates patients, plans and implements an effective patient focused occupational therapy program utilizing standard and specialized treatment techniques, effectively communicates and documents information regarding patients. Establishes and initiates discharge plans as necessary. Consistently evaluates outcome of care and provides continuous monitoring of patients’ needs making appropriate modifications in the treatment plan. Maintain a high level of professional expertise and assumes responsibility for professional growth and development.
Qualifications
One to two years experience in either an acute hospital and/or rehabilitation department and/or outpatient clinic is preferred. New graduates without experience may qualify.Certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy and licensed to practice in the State of Florida

The Physical Therapist functions as a member of the healthcare team. The purpose is to provide medically prescribed physical therapy programs in accordance with national standards and administrative policies of the hospital. The goal is to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, surgery, or loss of a body part in order to allow the patient to perform to his/her maximum ability. This position is for inpatient acute care and rehabilitation servicing the entire hospital including a rehabilitation unit and an extensive neuro-ortho floor.
Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from an accredited school.
Current Florida Physical Therapy License.
No prior experience is required. New graduates from accredited schools may apply.
