The Risk Manager plans, organizes and coordinates all aspects of the Clinical Risk Management program within the facility and communicates with the Corporate Patient Safety Department. This person bears overall responsibility for developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk management and patient safety program including clinical risk identification, risk evaluation and coordination of corrective action implementation related to identified risk issues. Will work in Obstetrics, Nursery and Labor & Delivery.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of a professional nursing program.-Must have current RN licensure. Must have knowledge of current nursing theory and practice. Must comply with Respiratory Fit Testing Protection Policy.

Provides direct professional nursing care to a variety of Acute Medical patients. Assumes responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluating health care needs of all patients assigned.
Qualifications

Evaluates referred patients for swallowing and communication disorders using standard tests and videofluoroscopy. Recommends and establishes treatment programs. Provides treatment and therapy to patients with speech, language, and cleft lip and palate disorders. Prepares reports as required. Coordinates care with school and community agencies as needed. Participates in QA & I and works as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE; CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Must be certified and licensed to practice in Floirida Two years experience of clinical experience in a hospital setting is required including experience with cleft lip/palate disorders

JOB SUMMARY: Screens and assesses nutritional status of patient/residents. Develops and implements care plans, coordinating services with medical staff and ancillary services. Provides nutrition education for patients/residents. Represents the Health System as a nutrition resource person. Participates in clinical Quality Assessment & Improvement activities for the department. Enters clinical nutrition charges into the computer. May be required to work flexible hours. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE; CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE: Bachelor of Science in Dietetics required. Registered with the American Dietetic Association or registry eligible with registration within one year of hire. Certification/licensure or eligible with certification/licensure within one year of hire applicable to specific state.

Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, BS or MS degree. Licensed by the State of Florida as a Physical Therapist. Documented training in patient assessment and evaluation is required. Performing and interpreting diagnostics tests and measurements to assess patho-physiological, patho-mechanical, electrophysiological, ergonomic and developmental deficits of bodily systems to determine diagnosis, treatment prognosis and prevention. Planning, administering, and modifying therapeutic interventions that focus on posture, locomotion, strength, endurance, cardiopulmonary function, balance, coordination, joint mobility and flexibility, pain, healing, repair and functional abilities in daily living skills. Possess current BCLS provider card OR acquired within 12 months of employment. Preferred Qualifications: Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association. Membership in the California Therapy Association.

Under general direction the Supervisor, performs patient care after receiving general instruction. Responsible for polysomnographic testing. Other responsibilities include patient hookup, equipment calibration, responding to patients’ needs, troubleshooting equipment; may also include performing clerical duties such as scheduling and pulling patient records. On the job training may be provided to applicants with no Sleep Lab experience who possess CRT or RRT.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapy school and CRT or RRT preferred.
Knowledge/Professional Licensure/Registration/Certifications: Good interpersonal skills required. Comfortable working with complex equipment. Current CPR required.
Experience: Prior experience in polysomnographic technology preferred but not required
