Staff Pharmacist
The Team Member is responsible for providing ethical and professional pharmaceutical care, specific to all ages of patients that service is provided to, within the framework of hospital and departmental policy, professional standards of practice, state and federal laws and JCAHO requirements. B.S. degree from an accredited school of pharmacy or equivalent. License or eligible for licensure in Florida. Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Medical Technologist 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Generalist laboratory duties including chemistry, microbiology, hematology, transfusion services and limited phlebotomy.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Minimum education - AA degree in Medical Technology.  ASCP certified or eligible.  Previous experience required.

Provides consultative services to medical nursing and pharmacy staff. Provides prescribed medications, drugs and other pharmaceuticals and compounds medications. Interprets physician medication orders for appropriateness. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care by performing the related duties. Must have Fl. credentials and have at least one year of experience in an acute hospital setting.

Description
 
Provides direct professional nursing care to GI/GU post surgical patients.  Assumes responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluating health care needs of all patients assigned.
Qualifications
