He/she reviews data from MICN/EMT-P Coronary Observation Radio (COR) communications, acts as a resource person and coordinator among the MICNs/EMT-Ps, ED staff, ED physicians and the Emergency Medical System (EMS) Agency. The PLN assures quality improvement and assurance activities. He/she implements, evaluates and documents plans for improvement.
