The staff nurse assesses patients needs, plans care, implements and evaluates the medical and nursing regimens in accordance with the hospital and nursing philosophy, policies/procedures, and standards. Description
The Medical/Surgical ICU is 20+ bed Intensive Care Unit which serves a complex group of medical, surgical and trauma patients. As a member of a highly skilled team of nursing staff you will work closely with our Board Certified Critical Care Physicians, Residents and Physician Assistants, to provide state-of -the-art care to one of the most complex groups of patients in the acute care environment.
Various shifts and hours are available including per diem.

Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Florida registration. BSN preferred. A minimum of one year Medical/Surgical Trauma experience in an acute care setting required. Critical Care experience desired. Knowledge of current nursing, medical and health trends and practices in rendering of patient care.
