PROCUREMENT AND SALES MANAGEMENT
• Drive sales and manage the overall team selling effort in the store to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Constantly monitors sales leaders and outsiders, and adjust products ordering.
• Constantly monitor competitors pricing and suggest prices adjustment to the CEO.
• Directly negotiate purchase contracts and agreements with vendors for price and terms favorable to the Company.
• Personally supervise inventory arrival and in-store allocation.
• Regularly conduct inventory’s physical inspection.
• Maintain the visual merchandising strategies for the store to create a store environment that provides our customers with a positive shopping experience. These strategies are accomplished through maintaining standards of visual presentation, implementing plan-o-grams communicating store inventory concerns through appropriate channels, maintaining basic store standards of presentation with all sizes and styles represented on the selling floor, and maintaining proper housekeeping standards on selling floor and stockroom.
• Manage all activities and aspects of the purchasing function while helping to develop a best practices purchasing program for the company.
• Suggest to CEO marketing actions like advertisement, coupons, promotions and alike.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT
• Make timely and accurate payment to the property landlord, utilities companies, and other vendors.
• Address all facilities brake-downs to the landlord.
• Timely communicate
• Direct and manage the total operations of the store. This includes stock control and management, shipping and receiving, product replenishment and management, store cleanliness, store maintenance and upkeep, store supplies upkeep and management and ensuring that store physical inventory shortage results are at or below company standards.
• Maintain an orderly system for planning, coordinating, and completion of tasks, which results in the achievement of goals and creates a positive atmosphere to drive volume.
DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

The Director-Hospital Lab Operations provides financial and operational management and direction to multiple Rapid Response Laboratories in the Florida Region.  It is primarily focused on delivering service commitments provided to the tertiary and smaller hospitals (whether physicians, non physician caregivers and/or administration) in which the Rapid Response Labs (RRLs) reside.

The delivery of services in all facilities must be performed in a highly cost effective manner while maintaining appropriate licensures and conditions as required by CLIA, OSHA, JCAHO, CAP and the System Laboratory Compliance Program. The incumbent must support both the long range strategic and operational goals of the hospitals in which the laboratories reside as well as the Regional Laboratories.
Education, Training & Experience (includes licenses or certifications):

Minimum of Bachelors degree in healthcare or related field with additional formal training in medical laboratory sciences desirable as well as finance, economics, purchasing and operations management. MBA considered desirable but not required.

MT (ASCP) or equivalent certification (i.e., HEW, AMT, and NCA) desirable.

Director of Laboratory
Oversees and directs all laboratory functions for the organization, including the Reference Lab. The analyst opportunity will be responsible for the Cerner Millennium PowerChart and NextGen EHR analysis, design, development, support and maintenance, keeping all assigned applications in optimal performance state at all times. As a company centered around service and technology, this is a very visible positions as the analyst will work closely with business partners, customer departments and Technologies staff to implement 3rd party software. With a focus on the financial systems, the candidate must have an understanding of how systems interrelate with other financial systems and have  an ability to analyze the impact to solutions on current process and existing systems. A full technical knowledge of all phases of application system analysis while identifying areas of improvement are required. To ensure customer satisfaction, the candidate must be able to work on multiple software applications while communicating and educating customers/end users and non-technical individuals. This position requires an astute attention to detail while multi-tasking multiple projects. Strong troubleshooting/technical investigation skills and ability to program in COBOL, SQL or any related program languages used by Hospital, as well as, create and use DCL or other appropriate operating system commands are required.
The selected candidate must have bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field (Masters preferred) and  4 years experience in similar hospital setting  (or HS diploma and 7+ years experience).

Manager of Operating Services
The Manager of Surgical Services must be capable of interacting and collaborating with all members of the health care team. Must have the ability to work productively and cooperatively with community resources. Good interpersonal skills are required, due to the frequent contact with individuals from outside the departments. The Director of Surgical Services oversees the management of many expensive pieces of equipment and instrumentation. It is her responsibility to ensure that all members of the staff take proper care with the equipment and instruments. Physician requests for equipment and/or products are often made to the Manager. It is his/her responsibility to make those needs known, so that they can be addressed. It is part of his/her responsibility to use the time available to the best advantage. The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care of his/her assigned patients. He/she is responsible for the supervision of assigned personnel. This position requires an intimate knowledge of both departmental and hospital-wide policies and procedures relevant to the delivery of nursing care. Interpretative skills, frequent interactive and consultative associations along with management and supervisory skills are inherent in the position. The ability to retrieve, communicate, or otherwise present information in a written, auditory, and/or visual fashion is essential. The primary method to express or exchange ideas is through the spoken word. Written telephone, and manual dexterity skills are required for this position.

Director of Quality

Plans, directs, and manages the activities of the Clinical Effectiveness Departments which include Performance Improvement, Infection Control Department, Risk Management and Education Departments. Responsible for the preparation for and performance of surveys from external agencies such as JCAHO and AHCA. Oversees establishment of policies, procedures, standards and departmental objectives. Acts as a liaison to the medical staff, administration, all hospital departments and committees to carry out all functions related to these areas. Assures that the staff adheres to the Hospital Corporate Compliance Plan and to the rules and standards of JCAHO and other applicable Federal, State and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies. Also oversees the Risk Management Program for loss prevention and claims control (according to federal, state, and local requirements) to meet the needs of all units of  Hospitals integrated healthcare delivery system. Additionally, facilitates planning, development and administration of the Patient Relations Program for prompt follow up and resolution of patient grievances, as well as collection of data to trend, analyze, and improve customer satisfaction. Also oversees the activities and personnel in the Education Department of Hospital to provide the in-service and continuing education needs of employees and the coordination of student group activities. Includes the coordination, preparation, and recordkeeping for all hospital education programs in compliance with accreditation requirements and state laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree required in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.  Must hold a valid Florida RN license.  Advanced certification in Quality Improvement and/or Risk Management highly desired.  Minimum of five years healthcare administration/management experience, with a strong background as an Educator, as well as a minimum of three to five years acute care clinical experience and PI experience.  Previous informatics experience preferred but not required in clinical information systems development and/or implementation required.  Must have CPOE and electronic charting experience in order to train and enhance workflow.   Proven ability in areas of leadership/supervision, knowledge of legal aspects of healthcare, medical staff issues and PI principles required.  Previous experience in preparing and presenting professional presentations required.  Requires proficiency in Windows-based software including word processing, graphics, spread sheet and database management.

Director of Revenue Cycle

They are using the McKesson - Star/Horizon platform to process Revenue Cycle.  They are part of a larger health system as well as a part of a joint venture.  This position oversees approximately 200 FTEs.  This position covers Hospital and Physician Billing, however, physician billing and revenue cycle have separate resources. This position would have direct and matrix reporting structures to all things revenue cycle.  This position reports to the VP of Finance/CFO.

Summary:
This position manages Patient Access, Patient Accounting and Medical Records, which includes the management of personnel, business process analysis, budget participation, cost management development of favorable relationships with Physicians and other stock-holders as well as payers and vendors, effective interaction with other internal customers, management of system utilization and problems.

Accountabilities:
Participates in annual development of the Revenue Cycle cost centers operating & capital budget.  Manages resources within the approved budget.  Maintain an adequate staffing compliment in terms of skill set and labor allocation to work arrival.  Ensure that for every critical process/task is in place to measure performance.  Train and mentor all new and existing employees in hospital mission.  Manage vendor procurement and vendor performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
7-10 years hospital management experience in a comparably sized facility, primarily as a Revenue Cycle Director or a Director of Medical Records, Patient Access pr Patient Accounting.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, HBOC STAR and general office equipment.

Medical Technologist

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, performs routine, complex or specialized bacteriological, hematological, chemical, immunological, serological and immunoassay procedures on body fluids which will aid in the diagnosis and evaluation of the treatment of diseases while maintaining the highest standards of medical technology.  He/She must maintain the highest standards of any and all accrediting agencies.  Perform related quality control and clerical work as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.     Effectively uses laboratory equipment.
2.     Performs and reports testing on patient specimens and OC specimens rapidly and without delay.
3.     Demonstrates competence in performing testing procedures.
4.     Perform other duties as necessary for efficient operation of the department.
5.     Demonstrates Customer Service and behaviors appropriately.
6.     Actively seeks ways to control costs without compromising patient safety, qualify of care or the services delivered.
7.     Demonstrates knowledge of the occurrence reporting system.  Uses system to report potential patient safety issues.
8.     Follows established guidelines for reporting a significant medical error or unanticipated outcome in the patient’s care which results in patient harm.
9.     Attends in-service presentations and completes all mandatory education requirements.
10.  Uses Performance Improvement Plan to improve patient safety.
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
·         Degreed Medical Technologist or other qualification recognized by Lab Certification agencies required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
·         Florida Licensure required
·         Florida Licensure in all five specialty areas required
·         BLS certified within 90 days of hire preferred

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
·         1-3 years preferred

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
·         Comprehensive knowledge of Hematology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Microbiology and related sciences.
·         Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
·         Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
·         Ability to use independent judgment.
·         Ability to remain calm, to think and act quickly and logically in a crisis situation.
·         Good customer service skills

Job Summary:

Requirements:
