Nurse Manager for the Operating Room to work Monday through Friday with 24/7 beeper coverage/responsibility.  Covers Main Operating Room and Main Recovery Room.

BSN required, but Masters preferred.  CNOR preferred.  MOR and/OR Ambulatory or Nursing required.  Excellent communication skills, high energy, self motivated, knowledge of finances, approachable and a team player.  Ability to manage a large number of employees.

Description
 
Responsible for 24 operation of Critical Care unit.  Units would include SICU and CCU. 
Qualifications
CCRN with minimum of 3 years experience.  Master’s degree preferred.

BSN and Masters in Nursing or other health-related field. Current licensure as a registered nurse by the AR Board of Nursing. CPR-American Heart Association certification. Demonstrated knowledge and proven record to develop staff and direct process improvement to include new initiatives.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
