This position is responsible for the 24hour management of multiple departments which may include: Cath Lab, EP Lab, Vascular Lab, CIMC, Outpatient, EKG, EEG, Stress and Echo units assuring patient care meets the standard of care.
The minimum requirement for this position are as follows:
Education: BSN or graduate from a school of nursing with a Bachelors degree in a related field
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience and a minimum of three (3) years progressive management experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet and database. Ability to take and transcribe minutes
License/Certification: Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification
Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Director of Regional Security
Responsible for one of geographical regions and directs executive protection program.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Establishes the regions security business plan and provides security leadership to site facilities.

Director of Quality
The Director of Quality Management will be accountable for QM activities, accreditation surveys, preparing and educating staff and physicians of their survey responsibilities and direct the quality management activities for Medical Center. She/he will provide counseling and education to facility leadership, clinical personnel, Quality Committee of the Board, and medical staff members related to process improvement and quality management. The Director will promote and facilitate optimum performance on core measures, patient safety and other key benchmarks of quality performance. A. Licensure/Certification/Registration:
CPHQ preferred and Colorado Nursing License required.
B.Education:

3. Appropriately queries physician when the record is not clear or is lacking documentation.
4. Maintains logs and productivity records daily.
5. Maintains continuing education file.
6. Completes final coding, abstracting and DRG assignment within 72 hours of discharge or maintains within 72 hours of adequate documentation.
7. Performs concurrent coding for Core Measures daily.
8. Participates in the daily Discharge Planning Meetings.
9. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
