Requirements include:
Must have an active Georgia RN license with at least 5 years nursing administration or directly related experience.
Bachelor degree required/MBA preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the effective presentation of data.
Proven track record of success in establishing positive relationships with physicians, colleagues and staff members.

Responsibilities
Under the administrative leadership of the Chief Nursing Officer, responsible for the overall performance of the departments in Specialty Services: OR, PACU, Out Patient surgery, Endoscopy, Central Sterile, Laboratory and Cardiopulmonary. Accountable for providing clinical, financial, and administrative leadership and expertise to implement the vision, mission, plans and standards of the organization. Reports to Chief Nursing Officer. Has frequent collaboration with the Executive Team and medical staff.
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related health care field. Evidence of continuing education in health care leadership. An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered. Current N.C. Registered Nurse license
Financial Analyst, Bay Area, CA: 300+ bed for profit facility; financial planning and analysis department
Administers direct and indirect care to a patient undergoing pre-anesthesia, post-anesthesia, and Outpatient pre and post procedures based on standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures set for the unit. Performs inservices. Acts as a preceptor for new employees.

Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred

Qualified candidates must have Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree preferred, RN, MIS, Informatics, Nursing Informatics, Metrics, Statistics, Testing and Validation Methodolgy, Education and Training experience referred, FL RN License and a Minimum 1-2 years direct patient care. Minimum 3-5 years Baptist Health Informatics experience. Expert level compentency with EMR and CPOE. Support of physicians required.

Description
Responsible for providing care which includes assessment, treatment, control diagnostic evaluation of patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system. Consults with physicians. Provides consultation, instruction and/or technical direction of medical, nursing and other staff members.
