The Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for managing the overall functions of the professional fee revenue cycle to ensure maximization of revenue and cash flow while maintaining the highest levels of patient, physician, employee and other customer satisfaction; this includes management oversight of all business related functions of the patient visit from point of entry to accurate adjudication of the patients’ accounts. Specific areas of responsibility include Revenue Cycle Training, Credentialing Registration, Claims Management, Billing, Collections, Patient Insurance, Data Processing, Integrity of Patient Accounts, Accounts Receivable Management, practice management system file maintenance, and third party revenue cycle vendors. This position requires working at multiple sites.
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or health care management or a related field.
• Certification in coding or the equivalent providing extensive experience and knowledge of coding and charge capture process is also required.
Preferred Education:
• Master’s degree.

The Outpatient Therapy Manager is responsible for the management of the Providence St. Peter Hospital Outpatient Therapy Services operation, at all Outpatient therapy sites. The responsibilities include directing all ancillary therapy activities, supervising department personnel, leading the development of interdisciplinary, evidence-based Outpatient rehabilitation programs. In addition, this position, assures adherence to all regulatory standards including Joint Commission standards, assuring an integrated approach to reimbursement. Supervises staff and promotes staff development in their designated service areas. Plans and implements programs and procedures to maximize patient care outcomes and department efficiency. Effectively communicates on multiple levels. Monitors quality, efficiency and effectiveness of outpatient therapy programs and makes recommendations for improvements. Sets budget goals and effectively manages assigned dollars. Assures continuous quality improvement and staff satisfaction. May assist in the management of the Department in the absence of the Director. Position directly supervises Physical/Occupational Therapists and Speech-Langauge Pathologists, PT/OT Assistants and Rehab Aides.
