Chief Nursing Officer – Looking for someone with a surgical background, who also has some inpatient med/surg experience. Salary range 130+. Relocation is available. Job Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing; prefer BSN. Must hold or be willing to obtain a Masters Degree, preferably business of hospital administration.
Experience: Five (5) years of related work experience.
Licensure: Current Indiana Nursing License (valid and non blemished). CPR certification within 180 days of hire.
Skills: Able to perform administrative skills. Knowledge of theories of management. Experience in human resource management. Skills in financial management.

Practice Manager
priority search for a Practice Manager. The Practice Manager will be responsible for an established practice that has 6 physicians and 18 employees. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree with at least 3 years recent practice management experience. This clinic is owned by the hospital. The position reports to hospital CFO. They need an individual who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. Key responsibilities are to be able to build trust & rapport with the physicians and Staffing. They need someone who has a take charge mentality and enjoys being responsible for day to day operations.
The salary range is $70,000-$80,000

ARRT R.T. (R)/ (N) or CMNT (denotes successful completion of the certification examination).
Successful completion of the advanced-level certification examination, relative to their area of management, i.e.: (CT_ Computed Tomography, (MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging, (M) Mammography, etc.
3 years technical experience (1 year of which was in leadership) required.
