Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting. Population includes adolescents, young adult, middle adult, mature adult, and geriatric groups. Communicates with physicians / Nurse Manager or House Supervisor / co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.

§  Earned the Award of “#1  Spine Sales Specialist of the Year” in 2006.

§  Earned the 2006 President’s Club Award by maintaining at 152% above quota for the year.

§  Increased total revenue from $500k in ’05 to $800k in ’06.

§  Work closely with Neurosurgeons, Orthopedic, Radiologist, & Pain Management, to optimize capabilities in spine procedures in the OR.

§  Responsible for selling Capital Equipment (20S Spine System & Discography) and Disposable product line(IDET, Acutherm, RF needles/Cannulas, & Disco).

Qualifications Openings for Assistant Nurse manager
-          Charge/Relief Charge RN experience minimum one year in an ER larger than 30 beds.
-          Current BLS card. ACLS and PALS card( Pediatric RN )  within 6 months of employment
-          Excellent clinical skills with the ability to motivate and create a team
-          Minimum  two  years experience in ER.
