Qualifications
Successful applicants will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing is preferred, a minimum of 5 years of OB, labor/delivery, maternal baby experience, and a minimum of 3 years of hospital nursing management experience with a demonstrated record of accomplishments. Applicants should possess advanced knowledge of nursing practices, Joint Commission standards, and healthcare administration. The Director is responsible for all aspects of the department functioning in compliance with federal, state, JCAHO, corporate and hospital regulations.  Promotion of safe, effective, high quality patient care which adheres to state and facility standards of nursing care.
