We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager for our Closed Psych Unit and one for our Adult Crisis Unit.
MUST HAVE a BSN and a Masters in a Health Care related degree.
The job encompasses integration, facilitation, and coordination of the leadership, management, operational, quality improvement coordination, and clinical activities of patient care services. Leads the department to successfully achieve high patient care, outstanding patient outcomes, hire and retain talented staff members, and lead individuals to successfully complete the annual goals of the unit.
5 years experience with direct patient care. 2-5 years management experience preferred. Will consider work experience and critical thinking ability. Excellent decision-making ability regarding when to notify others about issues or situations. Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively utilizing both written and verbal skills. Demonstrates initiative, integrity and strong sense of values and ethical standards. Demonstrates dependability and initiative. Ability to respond to and manage emergency situations.
