Work closely with executive group and physician-hospital organization (PHO) leadership to secure competitive contracts.Responsible for analysis, monitoring, and oversight for a wide variety of complex contracts, including third party payers. Three years experience in managed care related management position dealing directly with payers, providers, and intermediaries. Minimum of 10 years healthcare finance experience.Responsible for Contract modeling through nThrive. Minimum of 5 years in the Business Office/Managed Care related management position dealing with payers by analyzing data.
Provides ongoing maintenance of contracts to ensure compliance. Monitors accounts receivable by reviewing all payer accounts, ensuring all accounts are processed and identify barriers causing delay in payment. Proficient in the use of computer software. Skills a) HBOC; b) Excel; c) Word; d) Access; e) ICD10, CPT, DRG coding requirements
