Nursing Director of Catheterization Lab Interim and permanent options available

JOB SUMMARY: Represents the service line. This includes the functions of Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Rehab, Cardiovascular Diagnostics Services, Heart Center , and Vascular Medicine . Provides leadership for clinic and department services through collaboration with physicians, colleagues, other departments, and customers Plans, leads and markets an integrated multi-specialty service line specific to the delivery of care for patients requiring cardiac and vascular care. .

Status needed: Permanent full time

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to effectively communicate and work with varied health care disciplines in order to facilitate service line objectives. Excellent verbal and written skills are required. Completes Mandatory Reporting requirement within three months of hire and renews this requirement every five years. BSN with Master’s Degree preferred. 3 – 5 years of management or supervisory experience in cardiac care, with a working knowledge of all major aspects of cardiac and vascular care.
