Human Resources Director Job Duties: BS and union experience mandatory
Guides and manages the overall Human Resources services, policies and programs for the company
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee safety and health, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and government contract compliance
Experience with Risk Management and Safety, OSHA compliance
Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions.
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values
Salary Range Hospital Willing to pay:+ DOE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
2+ years of Director of HR experience in an Acute Care setting
