Facility: A 300-bed not for profit, non union, state of the art facility, which offers the full range of patient care services, is searching for a Director for Surgical Services. This facility offers state-of-the-art surgical suites specializing in general surgery, orthopedic, pediatric, urology, ENT, neurosurgery and endoscopy. This is a high tech environment using cutting edge procedures and using cutting edge equipment like DiVinci Robotics.
Position: This Director will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will oversee the Main ORs and PACU and Outpatient Surgery. These areas total 130 fte’s including 3 direct reporting managers. Department statistics include:
Main ORs: 7 OR Suites
PACU: 16 Suites
Outpatient Surgery: 14 Suites

Qualifications: RN with Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field required and, Masters degree strongly preferred plus a minimum 3 of years of relevant surgical leadership experience and CNOR is required.
