Lead and manage Client Services staff.  Drive the delivery of leading-edge healthcare information services at the strategic partnership level of Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and other federal healthcare agencies.  Work effectively with high level customer contacts to ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure delivery of cost effective and mutually beneficial solution packages. Employ high-level facilitation skills to achieve overall client services objectives. Manage evolving client expectations, needs and priorities, and collaborate with client team members to insure effective integration with consulting and service delivery capabilities and priorities.
 
Key Responsibilities
Manages cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a products, data bases, and consulting services in accordance with customer needs and contractual obligations.
Plans and directs resource schedules as well as project budgets.
Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on business and technical matters.
Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the contract deliverables on schedule and within budget constraints.
Assigns and monitors work of directors and their staff, including but not limited to analytic consulting, data management, and project management.
Work effectively within the matrix organization, where the position does not have responsibility over operations and certain other functional units but does have overall product/program/project management responsibility.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation.
Support sales opportunities by working with sales directors and strategic marketing.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
Designing, implementing and managing multi-million-dollar healthcare projects for governmental agencies, preferably including CMS.
Managing teams of technical and business staff within a matrix environment.
Working with senior level officials of governmental agencies.
Developing business plans and providing periodic updates to senior management regarding progress and performance.
Managing P & L of $10 million or greater annually
Evaluating customer needs and finding additional ways to help them address their business needs, leveraging the resources of the organization
Fifteen- plus (15+) years in a healthcare related field required.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree / Masters degree preferred
LOCATION:
   Travel 25%.  OPTIONAL locations will be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates able to travel 50-75%.

Reviews physicians’ orders for appropriateness of drug ordered, dosage, route and interactions. Counsels patient/family about medication issues. Educate nurses, medical staff and other ancillary departments about medication use. Participates in clinical pharmacy services. Dispenses medications to inpatients and outpatients. These patients include neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
 
Education
5 year/Bachelor’s Degree
- Doctor of Pharmacy preferred
- Advanced degree, Pharm-D, Masters degree or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency is preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- Florida Pharmacist License required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
- 3-5 years experience in field preferred

OR NURSE OPENINGS

DCMC Surgical Services have been in search of Registered Nurses with a minimum of 3 years of Operating Room experience, preferably with practice in pediatrics and/or neurosurgery. In addition, the unit requires CPR, PALS and TNCC certifications.
The Surgical Services Department (OR) comprises of 9 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms with a Patient Ratio-4:1. The unit handles cases that range from routine outpatient surgery to complex neurosurgery and open-heart procedures.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology is required along with American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) certification as a Medical Technologist or ASCP Categorical Certification specific for laboratory section employed in (H, C, M, BB) or eligible required.  At least one (1) year of clinical laboratory experience is preferred.

RN ENDOSCOPY

Provides nursing care to the patient undergoing surgical procedures.
Provides comfort and support for pre-operative patients.
Participates in the care of patients receiving conscious sedation.
Carries out physician orders.
Administers prescribed medications, applies dressings, monitors vital signs.
Assists physician during procedures.
Maintains aseptic techniques and actively monitors situations which could lead to breaches in aseptic technique.
Coordinates the operating room with respect to sterility, cleanliness, availability of functioning equipment and supplies.

PCU RN

The PCU RN manages the nursing care of critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.  The tasks and responsibilities include:
NICU RN

Position Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse, and according to hospital policies and procedures, the staff nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for assigned NICU patient.
 
Education/Experience:
Required: Graduation from an NLN school of professional nursing. Minimum 2 years Level III NICU experience.

Licenses/Certifications:
Required: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas.  Current certification from the American Heart Association as a BLS provider.
Preferred: Certification in area of specialty.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OFFICE

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business office including but not limited to collections, billing, cash posting, PCON application, and credit balances.  Works closely with the Admitting supervisor to ensure front-end processes are defined and carried out to completion.  Evaluates and monitors staff performance and productivity.  Completes evaluations timely. Review the Accounts Receivable to ensure collection follow up is performed timely.  Works closely with the CFO regarding Business Office and Patient Access issues.  Completes assigned reports timely and accurately.  

The Business Office Director must have effective communication skills, previous director experience in a hospital, and must be extremely detailed oriented. The Business Office Director must also be capable of making critical decisions when dealing with patients, insurance companies, employees, and any other contacts.  Requires strong knowledge of all aspects of hospital billings and collections and related insurance dynamics.  Excellent customer service orientation; exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.  Experience in an acute care for-profit hospital environment preferred.  This position requires proficiency and use of  Word Office Suite.
