Our organization provides mental health services (Psychiatric services) to the senior population. Our team includes MD (Psychiatrist), NP/PA, PhD/PsyD, LCSW, LPC.

Supervision is provided by Psychiatrist
Must have active and clear TX license. DEA/DPS is a plus!
CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION INTEGRITY SPECIALIST
Absolute minimum 2 years IN PATIENT coding or clinical experience, more of either would be FANTASTIC.
Teaching exp. Would be great….
Must be very outgoing with a positive attitude
Must be able to work very independently
Previous leadership responsibilities would be great
Credentials of RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P and/or graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure preferred.
RN CASE MANAGER
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintains consistent record of regular and punctual attendance.
2. Performs initial screening of identified patients for appropriate level of care, priority, payer status and high risk criteria.
3. Collaborates with physicians and Health care team in planning the care of patients and families within the acute setting and along the healthcare continuum.
4. Performs ongoing monitoring of identified caseload for appropriate level of care, utilization of services and plan of care.
5. Involves the physician, patient and family in planning care and the discharge plan.
6. Identifies and transmits system issues impacting patient care to Director of Pharmacy Medical Director of Utilization Review Committee and Chief Nursing Officer.
7. Utilizes discharge planning rounds with physicians and care conferences with staff to plan and coordinate care.
8. Collaborates with Master Social Worker in cases where their intervention is indicated.
9. Monitors plan of care to ensure timely and cost-effective use of resources.
10. Monitors patient’s progress along the plan of care and intervenes appropriately on variances when identified.
11. Maintains liaison with hospital department managers and other individuals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication of plan of care.
12. Provides decision support to the admitting office, registration and nursing supervisor as well as physicians’ office staff regarding appropriateness of admission, as needed.
13. Coordinates with and corresponds to appropriate agencies and third party payers regarding pre-admission screening, concurrent, outpatient and retrospective review process as it relates to federal and commercial insurance plans to maximize positive financial outcomes.
14. Ensures staff abides by government regulations in transferring acutely ill patients to higher or lower level of care.
15. Regular, punctual and dependable attendance.
Qualifications
EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
- Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing required
- BSN preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- Current Registered Nurse License in State of Florida required
Out-of-State License transfer takes 30-60 days
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
- 5 years Case Management preferred
CVOR RN
The CVOR RN provides nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. The tasks and responsibilities include:
Assesses, plans and evaluates the nursing care needs of the patient before, during and after a surgical procedure.
Provides nursing care to the patient undergoing surgical procedures.
Provides comfort and support for pre-operative patients.
Participates in the care of patients receiving conscious sedation.
Carries out physician orders.
Administers prescribed medications, applies dressings, monitors vital signs.
Assists physician during procedures.
Maintains aseptic techniques and actively monitors situations which could lead to breaches in aseptic technique.
Coordinates the operating room with respect to sterility, cleanliness, availability of functioning equipment and supplies.
Ensures the proper handling of specimens
PCU RN
The PCU RN manages the nursing care of critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. The tasks and responsibilities include:
NICU RN
Position Description:
Under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse, and according to hospital policies and procedures, the staff nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for assigned NICU patient.
Education/Experience:
Required: Graduation from an NLN school of professional nursing. Minimum 2 years Level III NICU experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
Required: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Texas. Current certification from the American Heart Association as a BLS provider.
Preferred: Certification in area of specialty.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS OFFICE
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business office including but not limited to collections, billing, cash posting, PCON application, and credit balances. Works closely with the Admitting supervisor to ensure front-end processes are defined and carried out to completion. Evaluates and monitors staff performance and productivity. Completes evaluations timely. Review the Accounts Receivable to ensure collection follow up is performed timely. Works closely with the CFO regarding Business Office and Patient Access issues. Completes assigned reports timely and accurately.
The Business Office Director must have effective communication skills, previous director experience in a hospital, and must be extremely detailed oriented. The Business Office Director must also be capable of making critical decisions when dealing with patients, insurance companies, employees, and any other contacts. Requires strong knowledge of all aspects of hospital billings and collections and related insurance dynamics. Excellent customer service orientation; exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in an acute care for-profit hospital environment preferred. This position requires proficiency and use of Word Office Suite.
