Quality Improvement, Risk Management and patient Satisfaction Survey. This key self-directed position is also responsible for coordinating, educating and supervising accreditation/certification/licensing survey activities. The DQM is an integral part of the collaborative “A” team and requires leadership skills to assist in creating and maintaining an environment/culture to enable the facility to fulfillment of our mission and goals.
Position Requirements:
Education:
• Current California RN license
• Master’s degree preferred; or BA/BS
Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years in an acute care.
• Experience in coordinating and supervising accreditation/certification survey activities
• Managing multiple departments
Knowledge:
• JCAHO, CMA, DHS (Title 22) and demonstrated experience in working effectively with multiple departments on confidential issues in a positive, constructive manner.
• Implementing successful systems to exceed patient expectations and clinical outcomes
• Risk management laws and reporting requirements
