  The Clinical/Nurse Liaison will develop and build strong referral network within the service area and medical community.  Ensure effective and successful relationships are maintained with referral sources and customers resulting in referrals that meet the census goals of the hospital.  Assess and evaluate potential patients for appropriate admissions and facilitate the admissions process, working closely with hospital staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field. Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing strongly preferred. 
Must have a minimum of two - three years clinical experience in a multiple service healthcare model with an emphasis on reimbursement programs, both federal and state as well as independent payer source. 
Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing/sales experience is highly desired. 
Proven sales track record; excellent salesmanship, relationship building skills, negotiating skills and must have the necessary skills to complete pre-admission patient screening.
Unrestricted MI drivers license 
Current immunizations (MMR, DPT, Varicella, Hep B and TB screening) are required.
