Job Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate nursing services of a RAI care center
Provide leadership for the clinical staff in the day-to-day clinic operation
Collaborate with the Center Director in personnel actions, hiring and yearly evaluations
Plan and direct the nursing care of the patients
Supervise the clinical activities of all clinical staff
Determine patient and staff schedules
Oversees job specific training and mentoring programs
Monitor patient outcomes
Develops and/or oversees development of short and long term goals of the patients
Ensures that the center complies with all RAI policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations including OSHA, CMS, AAMI, HIPPA
Ensures that medical records are complete and care center is survey ready at all times
Assist Center Director to meet target budgetary indicators and net earnings per patient to include: cost of goods, treatments per patient and FTE costs
Work as a team member to improve these outcomes
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Associate degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program. RN license in state of practice; CNN preferred
Experience: A minimum of three years of dialysis nursing experience. Management experienced preferred.
