Facility is looking for a Case Manager - RN to join our existing team! Overview: Position serves as a clinical case manager.  Reviews clinical services and coordinates with physicians to ensure quality and cost effective out comes. Responsibilities: Minimum Education:  Nursing Degree from an Accredited Nursing School. Minimum Experience: 5 years recent clinical experience in acute, home health, hospice or managed care. Preferred Expereince: 3-5 years experience in Case Management, Utilization Management or Discharge Planning, in acute care. Required Certifications/Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona. Certified Case Manager, CCM. Special Skills: The oritical knowledge base of nursing process, clinical pathways, continuum of care and case management methods and standards.  Excellent communication and documentation skills.  Knowledge of the application of UR criteria.  We offer excellent benefits for full and part time positions, including comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance
