Bring your care management expertise to the following role:
- Supervise care management professional and support staff.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the care program.
- Serve as a role model, mentor and resource for staff members.
- Participate in the departmental strategic plan and budget development and promotes achievement of department goals consistent with corporate objectives. 
- Coordinate activities with external vendors, employer groups and other organizations that provide member care or services.
- Assure that medically necessary, cost-effective quality care is delivered according to program specifications.

Combine your health insurance experience with the following skills:
- A Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in a health-related field preferred; Certification required.
- Current RN, PA, or NP License or Professional certification in a clinical specialty; and minimum 5 years clinical practice experience.
- 3 years previous supervisory experience required or relevant experience leading and managing teams.
- Knowledge of health insurance industry trends and new technology.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience meeting external groups such as employers or provider groups.
- Experience with population statistics and their application in care management programs.
- Demonstrated problem recognition and resolution skills.
- Ability to manage teams that work in multiple locations and via telecommuting technology.
