      SUMMARY:  Under the direction of the Chief Quality Officer, the Quality Services manager is assigned to oversee and manage all aspects of the Quality Services Department in support of the ACMC Performance Improvement Program, Medical Staff Quality Assurance, and other related duties as assigned.

      QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience as a Supervisor or Registered Nurse in an acute care facility for medical/surgical patients for a minimum of 5 years.  Experience in Quality management within the last 3-5 years.  Experience with the following regulatory agencies: JCAHO, CMS, DHS, and others as necessary.  Knowledge of Performance Improvement Processes.
