JOB SUMMARY: Plans and implements nursing care, individualizing care as needed, without supervision. Able to manage routine and emergency care. Assumes basic leadership responsibilities.
Education/License: Graduation from an accredited School of nursing. BSN preferred. Current State of Alaska RN license.
Experience/Skills/Abilities: Advancement from CN II or a minimum of 3 years current acute care experience 2 of which are in primary unit specialty. Clinical competency in primary specialty and a minimum of one (1) float area required within one year of hire.
