      SUMMARY: Under direction, to administer the nursing services of a major functional area; and to do related work as required.

      QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a recognized school of nursing. A Bachelor Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. EITHER I Experience: Three years full time continuous experience as a Clinical Nurse III with ACMC. OR II Two years full time continuous experience as a Clinical Nurse IV with ACMC. OR III The equivalent of four years full time experience as a Charge Nurse of the equivalent of three years full time experience as a Head Nurse in a large acute facility. A Bachelor Degree in Nursing from a recognized school may substitute for one year of experience as a Charge Nurse. A Masters Degree in Nursing or related field from a recognized school may substitute for two years experience as a Head Nurse.
