This position will be responsible for the acute care floors while working collaboratively with the Critical Care and Emergency Room Directors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the quality of care delivered on those floors according to State, Federal, Joint Commission, and other accrediting agency regulations as well as developing the staff. Requirements: Must have current FL nursing license 24 hours of continuing education per two year period 5 years progressive management experience Leadership experience BSN preferred Other Qualifications: Written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Good leadership skills The ability to motivate department staff
