Graduate of professional nursing program with a current RN licensure in the State of Nebraska. A baccalaureate in nursing is required, along with a current BCLS certification. CNOR certification required within two years of date of hire. Three or more years clinical nursing experience/charge nurse experience. Interpersonal skills necessary to work with all levels of unit personnel well as physicians and to manage the activities of a diverse group of employees. Ability to develop, initiate and meet goals.
