A Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a current/valid State of Florida RN license is required. Current HIV, CPR, ACLS, Domestic Violence, and Medical Errors certifications also required. Minimum four (4) years experience in clinical Oncology and previous management experience or leadership position in Nursing field. Experience in an academic center or large complex facility. Strong interpersonal communication skills and proven track record of building relationships with physicians, direct reports and key staff. Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications will be considered
