Description
This position is accountable for the provision of safe, efficient and therapeutically effective care on the patient unit to which assigned. Utilizing the nursing process, care is delivered in compliance with hospital policies and procedures, legal and regulatory standards.
The new Intermountain Medical Center located in Murray will house a 56-bed Emergency Room which includes a 16-bed Observation Unit. This unit will be a Level One Trauma Center, tertiary level, state-of-the-art Emergency Room and the largest of its kind in the region. Located in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley, it is supported by Intermountain Healthcare’s state-wide LifeFlight division.
