Director of Corporate Accounting

Hours: ~40 Hrs

- Knowledge of Microsoft office software required

This position reports to the Controller and is responsible for directing the corporate accounting and finance function for NHS, Inc., the parent corporation of a vertically integrated health care network and includes over 10 subsidiaries.

Education/Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree i a business related field with 7-10 years’ experience in accounting (Consolidations), finance, budgeting and tax compliance. Must possess a solid understanding of GAAP, internal controls and the IRS tax code. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to work independently. Experience in a health care environment and a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word are required.

Certification/License:  CPA preferred
