Description
The Director provides strategic direction and leadership to Labor Relations staff, including the design, implementation and evaluation of Labor Relations policies and programs across the organization. Supervises a staff of four and is responsible for the negotiation and administration of all collective bargaining agreements at the Medical Center. Collaborates with management to perform needs assessment, operational and strategic planning to sustain a positive and productive work culture.
Qualifications
Masters of Business Administration or Juris Doctorate.
Juris Doctorate holder must be licensed to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
Must possess expert knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining and human resources trends.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in a complex organization.
Must be able to work collaboratively with others to maximize success.
