Posting Description: NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
Coached and mentored by the Vice President, System Operations, this individual serves as the leader of Patient Support Services for CHS that affect delivery systems throughout the main hospitals and external locations as required. This position includes responsibility for the following departments:
Guest Services (Switchboard, Interpreters, Service Desks)
Patient Transportation (Internal and External)
Volunteer Services
Supports Call Center Delivery Model
Concierge Services and Skylight Healthcare Support
Additionally, this individual serves as the director and manages fiscal affairs, directs departmental managerial/supervisory staff, and oversees the applications of appropriate information system technologies for the above listed departments.
