Occupational Therapist (full-time)
Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm with weekend rotation. DE Occupational Therapy License If doing home health; must have a valid drivers license with less than 3 moving violations. Provides direct and indirect patient care to implement treatment in response to physician referrals and in accordance with a plan of care jointly developed. The scope of practice includes training in the following areas: activities of daily living, functional mobility, upper extremity restoration and splinting, cognitive and preceptual, family and patient education, psychological (both individual and in groupsetting)
