Description
Delivers a wide range of social work services to patients qualifying for home health care services with proper physician referral on orders.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum requirement of a Master Degree in Social Work from a college/university accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Experience:
Minimum one year experience in an acute care setting; long term and/or home health experience preferred
State of Alaska MSW license required
