Responsibilities: 
The purpose of this clinical position is to conduct behavioral health evaluations of individuals who are chronically mentally ill and initiate the provision of services depending on the outcome of the evaluation. The clinician would also provide care management services for those assigned cases when indicated.
Qualifications: 
Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or Nursing with specialty in Mental Health.
Two (2) years supervised experience providing various behavioral health direct care services performed at a satisfactory level. Experience in a cross-cultural setting preferable with Native American cultures.
First Aide/CPR Certified
Good human relations and oral/written communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
