Description
The Marketing and Public Relations Director shall be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and maintaining hospital marketing programs to promote the hospital, its image, services and programs, in compliance with accepted standards; assisting the administrative functions of the hospital to assure that objectives of quality patient care, advancement of knowledge and contribution to the community welfare are achieved effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration or related field
Experience: Three years marketing experience. Desirable characteristics include a proficiency in written and verbal communications, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external publics, able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress. Prefer minimum of two years experience in a healthcare institution.
