Job Title: Director, Patient Access
Job Description: Fulltime salary level position with benefits. Manages activities of the Patient Access Department, reporting to the Hospital’s CFO. Requires minimum of five years management experience, including a minimum of three years admitting or billing experience in a healthcare setting. Prepares annual budgets; initiates and maintains relevant policies and procedures; manages to specific performance metrics. Requires excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop cohesive team. Must be capable of handling complex interpersonal relationships with patients, physicians and department heads.
