Physical Therapist/Openings/Jobs

Reports indirectly to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and directly to the Supervisor of Rebound Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine. Administers patient treatment and education according to the established plan of care. Compiles data for required reports and assessments and consults with the physical therapist regarding changes in the patient’s treatment program. Participates as an active department team member and promotes rehabilitation services in BH system and community. Collaborates with the patient/caregiver, referring physician, coworkers, and other health care professionals as needed. Other responsibilities include supervision and appropriate delegation of tasks to support staff and volunteers and provision of education to patients, students, staff, other health care providers, and to the community. Also participates as a mentor to coworkers, students and volunteers.
 

Job Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement:
Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy curriculum.

Minimum Experience Requirement:
Physical and mental capabilities to perform professional duties including ability to maneuver within clinic, hospital, patient’s home, or other service environment and to provide for patient safety. Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) in the English language. Good organizational skills to complete job duties in a timely manner.

Minimum License Requirement:

Occupational Therapist/Careers/Openings/Indiana

Reports to the Supervisor of Rehab Services. Responsible and accountable for provision of comprehensive occupational therapy services within the Bloomington Hospital system including patient assessment, reassessment, development and revision of treatment plan, progression of treatment, and discharge planning. CPR new (if not currently certified or trained) Health Care Provider course required. Will provide. Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) in the English language. Minimum License Requirement:

Medical Technologist jobs/Careers/Indiana

Performs a variety of standardized tests, including specialized tests appropriate to the discipline of the assigned laboratory section. Obtains specimens where necessary. Prepares the specimen and decides the suitability of the specimen for the requested test. Prepares reagents. Performs tests, determines and calculates results. Reviews results for accuracy.
