Bring your expertise and self-motivation along with a B.S. or Pharm. D. in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy to a unique work environment. As a patient-oriented Pharmacist you will interpret physician medication orders and compound and dispense prescribed medication and other pharmaceuticals for patient care. You will also act as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Distributive services are accomplished using Pyxis Medstations along with a central IV additive program. Clinical services provided include patient care rounds, TPN monitoring, pharmacokinetics, oncology services using various clinical software programs and Meditech as the main pharmacy program.
