Key Responsibilities Act as a first line clinical resource and role model for staff, demonstrating ability and clinical decision making. Provide coordination of the care of patients/residents, families and significant others. Supervise the delivery of patient care services in the unit/program. Coach and assist with staff development.
Job Requirements Licensed RN with BLS & ACLS required, PALS, TNCC, ER experience and previous leadership preferred. This position requires someone who is customer service orientated with an ability to interact with the public, a self-directed individual, with strong communication skills, the ability to teambuild and problem resolution skills
