Description:
The Assistant Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the Patient Care Director in ensuring the optimal delivery of care and service to patients and families in their designated areas. Responsibilities include interviewing and selecting, staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and clinical support to staff.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
BSN degree preferred
Current RN license required
Minimum two (2) years acute care nursing experience
Charge nurse or Leadership experience required, previous management experience preferred.
