Description
Performs evaluations, direct patient treatment, documentation for patients of all ages (neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) referred for physical therapy. Supervises physical therapy assistants, unlicensed physical therapists, students, and rehabilitation technicians and rehabilitation aides as requested by the supervisor. Works on quality assurance, program development as requested by supervisor. Completes continuing education requirements and maintains professional growth.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of APTA approved school.
Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years direct patient care in an ambulatory clinical environment .
Licensure: State Skills: Excellent communicaiton skill with patients, staff, physicians and insurance carriers.
FCE trained preferred but not essential.
