Evaluates, plans and implements specific treatment programs for patients. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team members. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years clinical experience. Current FL licensure in physical therapy or demonstrated eligibility. Graduate of accredited physical therapy program or equivalent and B.S. degree.
